Guest：This is the third time we have stayed with Simon and Lesley at Moorlands and every time we have enjoyed our stay more than the last. You are greeted very warmly at breakfast which is delicious and nothing is too much trouble for them, they have a wonderful home and it’s a pleasure to stay with them and enjoy their hospitality, the garden is also a pleasure to enjoy with an amazing variety of different plants and colours, we are already looking forward to our next visit.

They went out of their way to help with a medical problem which we really appreciated. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The bed was beyond comfortable and the bath tub was a retreat after a rainy day. Everything was spotless. Even though there was some kind of road work outside we did not hear anything and the window was open! This is a must stay for anyone lucky enough to be visiting the lovely Helensburgh. We could have stayed a lot longer! Great value for your money. Thank you Lesley and Simon we will remember you fondly forever…
Guest user：We were made very welcome after a long journey. This is a beautifully restored period property that reflects the owners artistic eye, It has not lost the feel of a grand family home. Beautiful views of the Clyde with comfortable arm chairs in the room such a contrast from chain hotels. We would have loved to stay longer if circumstances had allowed
