We came here for a weekend in November. The family was very welcoming and super helpful. We brought our own raclette machine, they let us have our raclette in a comfy spot in the hotel next to the chimney fire and made everything they could to make this moment magical. The hotel is very remote, it’s a great place for a weekend escape from Shanghai.
