Very beautiful and amazing hotel. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The swimming pool is so nice and beautiful. Staff members are very polite. Nice location. Great kitchen amenities and many others like the bar, spa and gym!!!

The bed sheets were very dirty, and the room had a strong smell of renovation. The hotel’s location is not very convenient—it is far from the city center and the main attractions. However, the service attitude was excellent: the staff gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel and upgraded our room for free.

我们住了6个晚上，一个大卧室，一个大客厅的公寓，两个衞生间（一个浴缸一个淋浴），设施完备的开放式厨房，很大的海景阳台。
优点：
首先，入住以后的第一感受是，非常非常乾净。尽管这里的整体设施比较老式了，但是房间内的每一处，都非常非常乾净、整洁。洗碗布和抹布都是全新的，垃圾桶都是崭新崭新的。餐具，做饭的各种锅，冰箱、咖啡机、麪包机、开水壶、烤箱、微波炉，一应俱全。而且前台楼下就是超市，完全可以自己做饭。
第二，前台服务很好。整个宾馆的气氛非常好。包括泳池、天台的咖啡厅。还有四处可以坐，可以躺的沙发、桌椅。公共区域非常宽敞、乾净。活动也很多。气氛相当好。
第三，酒店前台的对面，就可以直接预订各种tour，英语沟通毫无问题。
缺点：
晚上睡觉的时候，我闻到很大一股发霉的味道。但是前前后后找到半天都没找到什么发霉的东西，床底下都找了。第二天睡觉，依然是很重的霉味，我才发现是卧室的家俱的装饰面板，全部有很重的霉味。我把梳粧台的抽屉、牀头柜的抽屉全部卸下来放到阳台去晒太阳，但是床头的面板是卸不下来的，依然是很大得霉味。我联系了前台，前台立刻派了修理工来房间，看了一通之后，跟我説five minutes他们回来，然后，就没有然后了，就再也没有回来。
他们有一个what's up客服，每天都有人，但是每天都换班。刚好换班的问我怎么样，我説你们昨天的修理工跟我説5分钟后回来，但是一天一夜了，也没有人回来。这个客服説，很抱歉，但是他们没有空房了。我説我已经搬到沙发上睡了。霉菌非常影响人的身体健康的，尤其是有孩子的家庭，希望他们改进。然后又换了客服，所有的事情都不了了之，无人解决。
事事有回应，态度非常好，但是没人解决问题。
其实他们只需要把发霉的家俱装饰面板，换成普通木质的即可，不是多么费事的活儿。

Its a beautiful resort with santorini like feel. Right opposite sea primenade. We loved the villa and swimming pool. Reception was courteous and fast. They connect and reply super fast through Whatsapp. Supermarket was convenient too.

Hotel is newly renovated with fresh new look and feel to it. Sea facing. Friendly staffs. Our room was little rundown. My room was close to the reception on ground floor. Bed was very bad & uncomfortable like a cheap ￡20 hotel. When I mentioned they said it’s coz of last min booking they couldn’t get it sorted. Promised me nicer one next time though the answer wasn’t combing. May be their renovation team hasn’t reached this room yet. I didn’t made an issue of it coz it was a one night stay. Would’ve asked to change if it were a longer stay. Will visit again.

Cozy seaside resort that basically provides everything you need for a vacation. Very close to the TFS (taxi around 15min from €16-25/ one way) but unfortunately away from most of other interest points. Rent a car if you have the plan and need to travel around the island otherwise the public/semi ***** transport cost on time/money is kinda crazy.
Staffs are very friendly and capable in communicating jn English as well.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club hotel in Tenerife. The hotel felt spotless and well-maintained. The staffs were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This combination of the environment and warm hospitality made our Tenerife holiday relaxing and highly enjoyable.
