  • Guest user：Location cannot be better for walking and exploring. Staff could not have be nicer. Sarah welcomed us, made us feel at home, gave us lots of good info on the city, walked us to our room, and she has the best positive attitude. Thomas was also really friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The room met all expectations and the bed was really comfortable. We loved that the windows can be opened for fresh air. But the star of the show is the breakfast that is included at no extra charge. We are still talking about it. If there was ever any doubt that we would stay here again, which there was not, the breakfast sealed the deal. It’s an all you can eat buffet in a really comfortable room with not too many people and servers to take coffee orders. They even have oat milk for the lattes and cappuccinos. It was the best breakfast of our European vacation by far. Pastries, fresh baked breads, homemade jams, smoked salmon, eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables, and so much more…
  • Guest user：This is a great property to stay in while visiting Toulouse. Booking online directly with the hotel was easy and hassle free. We arrived early at the hotel. They checked us in and stored our luggage. We received a phone call that our room was ready before the official check-in time. Our keys were ready when we returned and our bags were already in the room. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The usual amenities were provided in the room. The Wifi connection was strong and stable. Service was outstanding. Staff are pleasant and attentive. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. This is the place to stay when visiting Toulouse.
  • Guest user：This is my second stay at this hotel and I will be back again. The hotel staff is fluent in English, provided an excellent service. The hotel is a beautifully renovated, rooms are spacious and meticulously designed. Great amenities. I could not say enough about the hotel, the staff and my stay there. By far the best hotel in Toulouse.
  • Guest user：The best things about this hotel is its location and Sabri. It seemed that Sabri, who gave us a property tour, was ALWAYS welcoming and greeting warmly could not do enough for you. HE is a GEM. Reception staff not so. Breakfast room staff also not so plus it was disconcerting to have women in heels clacking along the hard floor constantly thru breakfast when it was only the two of us there each morning. The breakfast eggs are a disgrace for France-scrambled eggs so overcooked, tasteless similar to one of the breakfast included breakfasts you get at a hotel on a road trip in the US. Our first morning there was a nice selection of pastries, each morning after there were fewer and were clearly the leftovers till our last morning when there were hardly any. We wanted to eat in their Michelin star restaurant, but when we went to make a reservation found out that they had not only lost their Michelin star, but also their chef. A new chef was starting but the restaurant was not available. Very disappointing.
