This hotel is perfectly located near the ski lift. Hotel provide a handy on demand shuttle bus up the hill which takes 2 mins and the same for getting back. We opted for half board and glad we did. The food is amazing. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wil definitely be back.

Hotel en una ubicación inmejorable, el personal súper atento y las instalaciones de 10. Si vais os recomiendo ir al restaurante del hotel y pedir como postre la tarta de la abuela, si os gusta el chocolate y queréis experimentar sensaciones nuevas debéis probarlo. El solomillo estaba ESPECTACULAR. Sin duda volveré a pasar unos días en breve aprovechando que estos días aún nieva.

The hotel offers you a best-price guarantee. I had an online chat beforehand as I'd found it cheaper elsewhere but they told me to book through them and claim it back which I tried! The hotel isn't easy to find as the directions take you to their apartments. The staff were wonderful, every single one of them. The hotel is nice although quite secluded. It was very quiet when we were there so there wasn't a lot of atmosphere. Only two restaurants were open but the Mediterranean was nice with a good menu. The ski room is well equipped. Boots are dried in the evening and then turned off so they're not warm in the morning although they do help you with your boots. The shuttle bus is great and will drop you off and pick you up whenever you want. The pool is free but the spa costs an additional 25€ per person per day. The room was lovely and quiet. After the trip, I attempted to execute the best price guarantee. They used every trick to try not to pay this despite sending numerous screenshots. I found the emails abrupt and rude but that may be a translation issue. I've tried three times to get an email and name of someone I can speak to about this but all requests have been ignored so my advice is to book through a booking agent! Shame about the after sales service. My score would have been higher had it not been for that.

Maravilloso hotel. El personal no puede ser más atento y agradable. Recepción camareros guardaski... todo perfecto. Habitaciones espaciosas, al lado de las pistas con traslado rápido y parking comodísimo. El mejor hotel del valle.

Fantastic level of service across the board from desk, dining and ski room. Great location for access to skiing. A rethink of the downstairs area would free up more space for a bar area - quite a lot of the downstairs space wasn't used much, if at all, by guests.

We have stayed at La Pleta many times. It continues to be one of the best hotels in the world. The proximity to skiing is very convenient. I cannot recommend the hotel more highly!! We are reurning in 1 month.

Hotel is cosy, pleasant, clean and comfortable. The big fireplace is really cool in the winter. Staff is very professional with some speaking really good french. Lots of services with spa, swimming pool, sport, ski locations and more. Really nice food and well located.

We have been staying at this hotel for the last three or four seasons and every time it keeps getting better, and we recommended even more. The quality of the facilities, location and especially the human quality of the staff make this hotel, whilst not inexpensive, highly recommendable.

When compared to our previous visit in Christmas 2019, unfortunately La Pleta Hotel simply doesn’t match our previous experience. Some staff were excellent, but many were untrained and seemed unengaged and unsupervised. A very poor service experience in the Racletterie on our first night, staff in the boot room misplacing our skis and boots, mixed quality of drivers to the slopes (one was excellent, the other drove with one hand whilst using his mobile, impatient, and threw our skis into the boot), no turn down service in the bedrooms (unlike our previous experience), staff unwilling to enforce mask wearing indoors, and a permeating strong stench of cigarette smoke throughout the entire hotel communal seating areas impacted on our ability to relax downstairs. So, with regret, we can no longer recommmend a stay here and will not be returning. Such a shame - we paid 5 stars but do not feel we received this in overall experience.
