Guest：This is how hospitality is done. Yes. The food is all locally produced and they have a farm next door, yes the wines are of exceptional quality. Yes the decor and environment is 5 star plus. They have it all. However. They deliver a service that is second to none. They have an identity and they know this. You feel it the minute you arrive and it continues until you leave. You do not need to look any further. This will be my place to come in hinterglemm. If you are not staying here come for food. You will not find more honest and delicious food anywhere. A real haven.
Guest：The hotel is beautifully designed and creates a calming atmosphere as soon as you step inside. However, the experience quickly declines. I had high expectations after a recommendation to stay here, but it was a disappointment. The staff were polite, but the hotel is massively understaffed. Reception was closed for large parts of the day, and the bar and lounge area were often empty. There were signs at reception directing guests to find staff at the bar, only to find another sign directing them to reception. The spa areas are small, and the pools were chilly. There were limited loungers and seating areas. Room cleaning was basic at best, which was disappointing given the price point. The food was high quality, but the options were limited. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this hotel, but I appreciate its beauty.
Guest：Fantastisch als niet- hotelgast gegeten! Prachtige ambiance die al begint als je aan komt lopen, overal is aan gedacht. Vriendelijke ontvangst, heerlijke gerechten, lieve bediening, fantastische wijnen & gerechten, wauw! Een heerlijke avond gehad, waren er maar meerdere van dit soort fine dining restaurants in Hinterglemm want hier wordt je heel erg blij van! Als we dan toch iets als kleine opmerking mogen hebben; de lichten in het restaurant zouden iets meer gedimd mogen worden.
Guest：Das Hotel und das Restaurant sind architektonisch und von der Ausstattung her atemberaubend. Der Ort hat mich sofort angesprochen! Das Essen ist eine Kombination von Bodenst?ndigkeit mit sehr hoher Qualit?t in der Ausführung! H?herpreisig allerdings top-Produkte. Mein Rehschnitzel war perfekt. Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommen, der Chef kommt an dem Tisch und plaudert mit den G?sten - sehr sympathisch!
