Location is phenomenal. Very short walk to gondola with hotel ski storage room with warmers. Quaint Bavarian style ambiance. Wonderful history, 3rd hotel built in Vail. Easy parking and daily room service. Loved the friendly staff.

Everything you may need for a great ski vacation. Location is awesome, our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy with a great view. Solid wood, handcarved furniture throughout and a true Swiss Chalet vibe. Heated pool and tub offer apres ski fun. Appreciated the protein bars that were out for grabs. Wish there was a microwave in the breakfast area that guests could use as well as a gym. All in all, I feel we got great bang for our bucks.

We love the ski in ski out option, closeness to slopes and the pool/hot tub facing the slopes. Auch a unique austrian looking property. Comfortable and plenty of space. One downside this year to our stay 4 years ago was no breakfast service, unless you paid for it. 4 years ago it was included and plentiful.
