We had a great experience at the Sitzmark Hotel. The property is cozy and welcoming, and the little touches made our stay even better — fresh cookies every day at 3 pm, continental breakfast included, and hot chocolate available all day. The highlight for me was definitely the bed. I’m not a fan of firm mattresses, so this one was perfect. The bed and blankets were so comfortable that it was honestly hard to get up in the morning. The service was another standout. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, especially the two older gentlemen at the front desk — I wish I remembered their names because they were wonderful. Overall, a great stay with comfort and hospitality that really stood out.

The room was very clean and put together. The toilet is very close to the shower so there is very little room to maneuver. Also, it was SO hot in the room the entire stay. We slept with the balcony door open many points. It was pretty in comfortable because of the temperature but the room itself was otherwise nice. The views were immaculate. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Wayne was specifically really great to work with. We enjoyed the stay because of the access to the town but if it weren’t for the location it would not be worth the stay given the bathroom and air in room. The thermostat didn’t seem to work despite adjusting a few times. The pool was also really nice. The Mountain View’s were really great too.

Location was perfect. The welcome cookies were a nice touch too. The room was lovely with a gorgeous view of the river.

For Gluten Free options, you got fruit,cottage cheese, yougurt, cold hard boiled eggs. Lots of pastry option, none GF. The T.V channel selection was terrible, no local channels, no sports, only cbs worked. Could not change temperature control in the room, was very warm all night.

We have to start off with how friendly and welcoming the staff were, every single of them were awesome. The room was also very nice and clean; only complaint would be that I wish the toilet paper were softer. Complementary breakfast every morning serving pastries, fruits, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall this place was a 5-Star, the staff had a lot to do with the rating.

Decent hotel with good location. But, if you value your privacy while handling business in bathroom, look else where. Every room has bathroom barn door with about 2 inches gaps and with no lock. I was surprised to find out you cant lock bathroom door. Imagine spending some quality time expecting privacy while the door slides and your kids have a time of their life) for this reason I would not stay at this hotel again. I just cant see the owner’s logic when they did renovation and installed these chicken doors.

Terrific one night stay in Vail Village, while on a 2 week road trip. Celebrated wife’s birthday and front desk (shout out to Wayne) sent a bottle of Prosecco to our room which we enjoyed on the outdoor pool/hot tub deck. Great views! Also very close to Sweet Basil (awesome venison and duck meals) and Village shops.
