Guest：The room was a good size and very clean. Great shower and great breakfast. Restaurant and reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. 10 mins walk from where the TD3 bus from the airport stops off. Buses to Valletta from outside the hotel. Code for hotel and room entrance sent the day before arrival, which worked well. The only issue was the aircon, which was very noisy, even when switched off.
Guest：room good condition ac is controlled by reception of whom are only there half day. the bed wasnt great kept creeking and the mattress had dip in it. otherwise all ok
Guest：Excellent hotel with amazing staff. The breakfast is plentiful with great variety. It would be nice to have hard boiled eggs instead of the scrambled eggs which are cooked to order. This is only a small complaint and I would definitely try to stay at this hotel again.
Guest：Very good value for money. Perfect for a short stay in Malta. Location is really good and the bathroom facilities are good for the price. Very good shower. Breakfast was included and whilst it’s good value for money the actual variety and quality of the breakfast is very limited. Housekeeping is also not the best. Did not clean the room properly (sometimes didn’t make the bed, take rubbish, give fresh towels). If you’re staying in Gzira for a short stay (3 nights ish), you can’t go wrong with the Urban Isle. Any longer, I’d recommend something a bit more up-market.
