Lovely hotel and a great place to stay and explore Valletta. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and our room was ready early also. The room was very clean and spacious with a large comfy bed so we will definitely be returning to Palazzo Paolina hopefully in the near future.

A wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Good selection for breakfast. Hotel in a great location - best area in Valletta in terms of nearby bars and restaurants and quietness. Only disappointed was salmon at breakfast is left out uncovered. Everything else is perfect.

Warm, friendly welcome. Nice room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, hot food was barely warm.

Exceptional Service and Perfect Location in Valletta Rating: ????? I recently stayed at Palazzo Paolina and cannot recommend it enough. While the hotel itself is beautiful, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and welcoming, taking the time to give us a quick tour of the property to find ourselves around. The level of service went above and beyond standard hospitality. When we ordered a ride, the staff actually came to find us in the lounge to let us know it was waiting nearby. Even more impressive, when we couldn't spot the car, a staff member came out to the street with us and phoned the driver directly to ensure we connected. That kind of personal care is rare to find. Beyond the service, the facilities were excellent. The room featured a powerful shower exactly what you need after a day of exploring and the breakfast offered a very good selection of options to start the day. The location is ideal; it is centrally located in Valletta, making everything easily accessible, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat. If you are looking for a hotel that combines a perfect location with staff who truly care about your experience, look no further than Palazzo Paolina.

Was ok but Toilett flush didnt stop Running at night. Bad smell in the room. Nice Staff. Breakfast really good. Location very good

The staff defines the word professional. Jelena, Aleksandra, Bhagawati, and Smriti went above the call of duty in helping me. Gracious and caring, they were always there for me. The owners were friendly, like next door neighbors. I can’t wait to go back.

Ours was a very clean room, nicely maintained. Shower was amazing. Front desk staff (we met three) were all helpful. Places to eat within two blocks in many directions. Small and cozy accommodations.
