Guest：We had a fantastic stay here. Nicki and Tim were very welcoming. The breakfast was great and plenty. Nicki was very obliging and knowledgeable of the local area. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was great very clean and comfortable. We would most definitely highly recommend this place.
Guest：Room was very cleanand comfortable with a mini fridge in the bedroom. Lockable bedroom door with an on sweet bathroom Owners very welcoming with good knowledge of local area went above and beyond caring for our needs. Nice breakfast. Would recommend if staying in the area.
Guest：Stayed for one night here as going to a concert at the Cheese and Grain. It is set in a pleasant residential area about a mile from the town centre and railway station. There is an hourly bus service nearby which makes Snoozefrome's location convenient. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed, with nice little extras you very rarely get at a B & B( chocolates, fresh milk and rose sparkling wine). The continental breakfast was excellent and the service we received was first class. I highly recommend staying here if requiring an overnight stay in Frome.
Guest：I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your bed and breakfast. Due to a late-night music event, I arrived to find the building locked and inaccessible, forcing me to seek alternative accommodations. Furthermore, upon my return at 7:30 AM, I discovered my room unlocked and my belongings removed. I will not be returning to your establishment and advise others against doing so.
