An excellent experience from making reservations months before our trip to our sad goodbye. We wish we could have stayed longer at Portica10. Carmine and Leah go beyond in friendliness, cleanliness, organization, and delicious breakfasts with baked treats by Lea every day. Our most lovely night on our Italy vacation was appetizers on the Portica10 rooftop enjoying the sunset. We highly recommend this recently restored hotel B&B, close to the center of Assisi.

The owners of this beautiful and comfortable hotel are warm and welcoming. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. Great shops, and restaurants are within steps of this fantastic location. We highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Assisi!

This is a wonderfully operated family-run small hotel in the middle of Assisi. The owners were very friendly and attentive. The property includes original Roman walls, large rooms, and many modern details. The entire place is immaculate and well maintained. Breakfast is the morning was offered in a beautiful private courtyard and includes a large spread of handmade breads, fruit, and freshly made cappuccinos. Lots of attention to detail, makes this a lovely place to stay. Gratzi!

La struttura di recente ristrutturata...bellissima e moderna! Titolari gentili e disponibili!! Il top del top è stata la colazione!! Da grand hotel 5 stelle superior...frutta fresca di ogni tipo...varie crostate e dolci fatte in casa buonissime...estratti di frutta e tanto altro!!!alla prossima fiera sicuramente torneremo qui!!

Ambiente estremamente confortevole per il tenore autentico del suo arredamento e per la cura di ogni dettaglio. Nulla vien lasciato al caso. Il soggiorno è stato accompagnato da un eccellente ospitalità e da un ottima cucina. La struttura si colloca nel cuore di questa splendida città rendendo accessibile ogni punto che si voglia visitare. Eleganza, stile e rigore per il bello, rivestono Portica 10 di un carattere veramente singolare.

Wonderful hotel. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well appointed. The owners are wonderful and make you feel very welcomed. A number of restaurants and shops located within steps from the hotel. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we return.

Only stayed one night, but owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming to us - messaging before our arrival and making sure we had what we needed. Rooms are modern and extremely clean, with shower, toilet, air con fridge and safe. Hotel was fine our stay but the best bit were the owners - nothing was too much trouble they helped with our bags, arranged taxis for us and were just happy people who have created a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was included with a good choice of food mostly homemade - can’t recommend this enough if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Assisi and the price was extremely reasonable - you’re a stones throw away from various bars restaurants and incredible views,

The best of everything! Lea and Carmen are extremely welcoming and everywhere you look you see their attention to detail. This B&B is the best we’ve ever stayed at not only for its location, but the accommodations are exceptional. The rooms are spacious, clean and are well stoked with amenities. Free water upon your arrival, tea and coffee in your room, along with a well supplied minibar. The breakfast selection was delicious and the baked goods were all homemade by Lea. We wish this family the best of luck in the future as they continue to work hard every day.

Per i nostri 40 anni di matrimonio, abbiamo trascorso tre giorni davvero memorabili, resi tali anche dalla gentilezza dei due giovani gestori: cordiali, disponibili, sempre presenti. Camera confortevole, pulita, silenziosa, ben climatizzata. B&B centralissimo, a due passi dalla Piazza Del Comune e a pochi minuti dal parcheggio di Piazza Matteotti. Sicuramente torneremo presto.

La struttura Portica 10 merita tutte le stelle possibili! Location in pieno centro storico di Assisi. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla cura dei dettagli e dall'eleganza dell'arredamento, che trasmettono un'atmosfera di raffinatezza e classe, senza alcuna ostentazione. La presenza di mobili antichi già all’ingresso conferisce un clima di calore e storia tale da farti sentire a “casa”! I carissimi proprietari e gestori Lia e Michele ci hanno accolti con estrema gentilezza e ospitalità sin dal primo istante. La nostra camera era spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con gusto, con ogni comfort a disposizione per garantire un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. La pulizia impeccabile! La colazione inclusa nel prezzo era deliziosa. In particolare, Lia ha conquistato il nostro cuore con i suoi dolci genuini e buonissimi. Il pomeriggio si sentiva in giro l'irresistibile profumo di dolci appena sfornati per le straordinarie colazioni del giorno dopo! Le torte erano sempre fresche, fatte in casa e preparate con ingredienti di alta qualità, percepibile subito e anche dopo perché siamo stati benissimo mangiando ogni mattina per 3 giorni!!! La delicatezza di Michele insieme alla passionalità di Lia ci hanno conquistati: due personcine a modo che mettendo insieme competenza, umanità ed educazione riescono a conferire alla struttura il valore di un vero “luogo di identità” che sembra, oggi, fuori dal tempo! Grazie per questo soggiorno, grazie per la cura con cui accogliete gli ospiti facendo percepire il grande rispetto che avete per chi è in vacanza! Consigliamo di prenotare subito!
