  • Guest user：We stayed in Room 107 which was a lovely large twin room with a big bathroom. There is no window in the room but this is more than made up for by the view from the terrace above. We were surprised that there was no restaurant on site at the moment (it seems this will come shortly) so we went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was good and all the staff we spoke to were friendly, polite and helpful.
  • Guest user：stayed in vigor hotel from oct 5-8, it was booked by the tour group i joined so it wasn't by choice. there were 20 of us in the tour and everyone got different rooms, i got to see a few, all the layouts and design were different but nice. one even had a sauna, jacuzzi and terrace seating area. all the rooms were large and had separate living room/sofa area. some rooms had xl bathtubs and others had real jacuzzis with jets. there are around 300 hotels in cappadocia. and referring to the previous reviewer who said the "cave hotel" was fake and had "crumbling walls" to be honest maybe less than 5% of the "cave hotels" there are using the original rooms that were really cut from rock on the side of the hills. most of the cave hotels are newly built structures that uses the same materials and similar look of what the originals look like. and yes, the ceiling/walls would be "crumbly" because it's all made of volcanic ash - that's why it was very easy for them to carve into in the first place. all of us in the tour group liked the design of this hotel it had interesting hallways and corridors that led up and down and there were rooms located in unexpected places. cleanliness was ok. service was okay though breakfast service on the first day was chaotic because the servers (who doubled as bellboys) didn't speak good english and no one could understand their system.... until aziz, the front desk manager appeared and explained. my suggestion is you guys should just print a menu on paper with an explanation that each person can only pick one hot dish (list the options), and also include all the sides and beverage options with it. and a box where they can write their room number. it would make everyone's life easier - especially when you're dealing with tour groups. you can see the balloons from the terrace but the hotel is far from love valley so it wouldn't be up close. the terrace above the hotel restaurant has a seating area but the real rooftop offers a higher vantage point with a view of one of the uchisar caste. you have to take the corridor leading to the back of the hotel then go up some stairs and that will lead you to the real rooftop.
  • Guest user：I found it not worth-it what we paid, location not impressive, many good hotels were there near it. Cleanliness was an issue. Found little bit congested.they don’t have any kitchen, we booked baloon ride from hotel which was expensive as compared to market price.
  • Guest user：I felt the magic of comfort on my body and soul. It is an authentic hotel as it has cave rooms. Terrace is awesome especially at night when you see the magnificent view. Beds are so comfortable and design is special. I felt special when I used my room with all furniture and other things. I had wifi but in this room you don't want to be busy with internet. Breakfast is rich in versatility and delicious. Waiters were polite and always asked what I would like. Thanks so much.
