Have stayed here before and as always from greeting to departure the personnel were outstanding. Full of information-tips of how to get around, what to watch out etc

深夜到着でも问题なくチェックインできた。
ロケーションは歴史地区の中心であり、安全に过ごすことができた。
また、ホテルの雰囲気も良く、快适に过ごせた。

Bien, han ido mejorando, solo una de las chicas de recepción pareciera que siempre esta de mal humor, esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo y en esta vez pensé ya no encontrarla ahí.

Nice hotel in a historical building, right next to the Zocalo. Our room faced the side street so the noise level was tolerable. Location was excellent as it was so close to major sights in the historical area, the night bus stop and the Metro.

el hotel es muy antiguo hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, la ubicación es excelente pero a veces es imposible poder dormir con tanto ruido que hay externo. la puerta del balcón en malas condiciones , no cerraba y, todo se escucha de una habitación a otra. los colchones de las camas bien, la presión del agua muy buena, las toallas de ba?o como la ropa de cama ba?o muy viejo. Es un hotel con mucho que desear .
The hotel is very old, the maintenance is needed in the rooms, the location is excellent but sometimes it is impossible to sleep because of the extreme noises from the outside. The balcony door is in poor condition, it doesn’t close well everything can be heard from a room to another. The mattresses beds are good, the water pressure is very good, the bath towels and the bedding are very used and needs to be replaced. It is a hotel with much to be desired.

La atención fue amable, el personal pudo resolver algunos inconvenientes relacionados con los desayunos de foma rápida. Fue una agradable y con una linda vista al zócalo en cada desayuno.
