  • Guest：We loved this quirky inn. It is full character and a great stop over for a wedding weekend at the nearby Kingston Estate. The village is very pretty and hosts a local steam railway. The roads leading up to the inn are very narrow so you need to take care if driving. We didn’t use the restaurant but did have breakfast which was delicious. Has a fully stocked bar with lots of local options to consider. The staff were really helpful and provided lots of information to us. Steve and team really looked after us.
  • Guest：Just wanted to say what a superb lunch we had yesterday, and we were so well looked after, the food was so delicious, for me absolutely the best Devon Pork Belly I have ever eaten, the menu was perfectly suited to my garlic allergy, and the portion sizes to each of us. The surroundings are lovely, the restaurant has plenty of room so we were npt cramped up in any way and we could hear each other talking which is always important when family gets together. Thank you so much, we had such a lovely time, we didn't want to go home! Francesca xx
