Safe secure parking. Spacious apartment. Friendly staff.The one small negative detail is that there are no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. 30 minute walk to nearest tube & 1 line straight to central london. 30 minute journey. 20 minute walk to brentford town centre. Plenty of very good restaurants.

The apartment itself was fine for our one night stay, clean with good quality figments. The location isn’t great as it is located overlooking a major road (A4) which was busy the majority of the time and associated noise was intrusive. The booking process is thorough and resulted in having to provide multiple forms of ID for all persons occupying the property. Once online checking was completed I received comprehensive access instructions for the site and the apartment number I would be occupying via email and SMS. However in the week leading up to our stay the allocated apartment changed 3 times, the last via an SMS message 45 mins before we arrived. Alas the code we were given didn’t work on apartment door. This was resolved eventually by a helpful person on their helpdesk who advised us to go the originally allocated apartment where she issued a new code. All in all OK, but not somewhere I’d stay at again.

Thank you for your review and feedback Anthony. We are indeed located on the Great West Road, however we have apartments that are not located on the main road if guests prefer quieter apartments. We do not send full arrival instructions until 2pm the day before check in, this is incase any changes need to be made to apartment numbers for any reason - however you can view them on your guest app. Sometimes on the day, we upgrade or change apartments if there are delays in cleaning or last minute extensions to accommodate - so we are pleased to hear the team assisted you with the access!

Overall good experience. Customer support was amazing! Jason C went above and beyond, he even went beyond the above to help me ensure a mistake in my booking was rectified. Thank you Jason! The only pet peeve was the note on all guests having to live over 15 miles from the property. I only saw this requirement once the booking was made. I had to pay an additional ￡400 deposit to keep the booking ??.

Everything I needed, including cooking facilities, very spacious and clean. No fuss on checking in and free parking was very convenient. A brilliant central location with supermarket right next door which was very helpful. Neighbours and surrounding area was also very quiet.

The apartment was nice, clean, good smell but it will be good to have some essentials in the kitchen like basic condiments and more china, glasses, kitchen towels, cutlery and pans. Very helpful staff and the communication was great. Super easy to access as well.

The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Cleanings was top notch. Keep up. Will be back soon. Kitchen had all the necessities if one wants to cook. Free parking was a bonus too. Can’t really complain of anything about this place. Overall I was happy

Perfect location, Parking available, Tesco extra 5min walk. Rooms were tidy and clean. Staff was very good. Perfect stay incase you want in that location a staycation. I would highly recommend anyone who is staying in that area. perfect..

Helpful, polite and friendly staff. The apartment was very clean, well set out and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We have already recommended the apartments to frinds and other family members. Will definately stay here again when next in the area.
