Guest user：Loved the hotel. Great location, very clean. Never any rubbish in the grounds, always staff about sweeping and cleaning. Animation team work hard, and leave you alone if you’re not interested. Pool lovely, quite warm, heated by the sun I guess. Great location by beach and marina. Food plentiful, slightly bland, but it’s absolutely fine. Nice to have 3 x chefs cooking fresh food with the buffet every morning and evening. Loved our stay, room overlooking pool and location. Will definitely be returning x

When I asked to change my room, it happened immediately and I was given the opportunity to choose. Noureddine, the tours rep of the hotel was also very efficient. I told him all the activities I wanted to do and he sorted it out, no stress - all I had to do was show up.
Guest user：Considering it's 3,5 star hotel, everything is (I am still here) OK. Hotel Al Moggar Garden Beach turned out to be a positive disappointment. Why? Well, after paying for my stay, I read unfavorable reviews on Tripadvisor. However, to my surprise, everything is ok or better than ok here. The gentleman at check-in welcomed us nicely and gave us the keys to the room, which is spacious and clean with comfortable beds, a large bathroom and a balcony. There is a working fridge and air condition in the room. There is no kettle, but keep the price in mind. The floors in the rooms and corridors are tiled and thoroughly cleaned every day. I didn't see any cockroaches. The maids are nice, best regards Sara. The hotel with a well kept garden has a gym, two swimming pools and a sufficient number of sunbeds, animators provide yoga, dancing, aquarobic, table tennis, etc. Breakfast is okay. I can honestly recommend this hotel and I think I will come back here with pleasure.
Guest user：I’m currently here now and maybe Iv been lucky but I haven’t seen any sign of what bad reviews are referring to, my room is really big with a lovely balcony looking onto the beach, it’s been cleaned daily except when we’ve slept in and nothing is out of place, if you look hard enough I’m sure you’ll find petty stuff like creaking old doors and god forbid a bit of grout from a tile in the bathroom but if you want a quality stay in a comfortable room with beautiful gardens which are maintained to high standards then this is the place for you, the entertainment guys are really nice and never in your face, most staff have greeted us on our rambles round the grounds so I simply cannot fault my stay here, perfect location for beach and tons of shops and restaurants, il be back
