Great front desk, restaurant customer service, the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Restrooms could use some upkeep and shuttle driver could be a little more welcoming.

Room was large, comfortable and clean. Sraff very courteous. Parking was a bit of a struggle since lot is small for size of hotel.

No fue culpa del hotel, pero me molestó que el taxi que reservé para ir al aeropuerto no llegara y que no me dieran un recibo. En el futuro, preferiría hospedarme en un hotel con servicio de transporte propio que me lleve al aeropuerto con puntualidad.

People at desk were pretty bussy chatting, seemed an inconvenience to check in even when we already had a reservation.
They weren't really eally into answering questions or just servicing.
Everyone else was decently nice (kitchen and room service) just perception plummets after the first service is done by the bussy people at the desk.
