Le promesse per questo pernottamento erano altissime che, però, sono state smentite neanche ancora varcata la soglia del cancello. Manca una reception fisica: se avete problemi o se avete poca batteria, vi sconsiglio di approcciare alla soluzione offerta da questa struttura. Bella la tecnologia, ma la contropartita deve essere una gestione e una soluzione degli imprevisti rapida ed impeccabile: non è stato questo il caso. Vengono spacciati servizi come gratuiti che invece non sono, descrizioni delle stanze entusiastiche che invece deludono (almeno per la mia esperienza) enormemente. Ho dovuto chiamare la reception telefonica per sapere dove fosse l'intero set di biancheria bagno per la seconda persona (e si, nella prenotazione era stato specificato che gli ospiti sarebbero stati 2). Insomma, la faccio breve: se si vuole fregiarsi del titolo "suite", bisogna fare un servizio degno e all'altezza di tale nome: la dimensione della camera non basta . La pulizia nel complesso soddisfacente e posizione ottima: il resto mi ha rovinato il soggiorno. Personalmente, mi spiace, non lo consiglio.

The location is perfect for visiting the Old Bergamo town. A parking option is available (booking and extra payment) but not advisable as the house where the rooms are located is in a ZTL (limited traffic zone) hence you can't get there by car. The customer service is terrible, called them as per their check-in process, I should have received a locker code to enter the room, code that never arrived. Even if it was past check-in time, I couldn't get the code on the phone and the operator kept saying they've sent it by email. Of course, I checked spam and inbox, verified with them the email address, nothing received and, instead of telling me the code I needed to enter the room, they kept trying to send me new emails (which I then received days after). When arrived, I didn't have the room number (of course the operator didn't tell me that useless information), the so-called reception entrance is from a balcony with the shut half closed, the employees won't even ask if help is needed. The state of the room is not at all as the one on the photos, the garden outside is wild, the furniture is quite basic and the TV wasn't even working. Thank god the AirCon was working. Not worth the price and the hassles

I usually leave positive reviews and am not overly critical, but I hate being taken for a fool. Before my stay, I sent multiple emails requesting the access link to my room—no response. Even on the day of arrival, after following up again, I was told I’d receive it, but it never came. When I mentioned this in my *********** review, the hosts replied: “ we are sad to read your comment because you never wrote any email to us. You only messaged us on Booking.” This is completely false (see screenshot). In the screenshots, you’ll find my Booking review, their dishonest response, and proof from my emails showing that I did contact them. On top of that, I had to stop dangerously in the street due to missing access codes, and my parking questions were ignored. When I finally got the link, I had to enter my credit card details for parking—never explained beforehand. If you expect clear communication and honest service, be careful with this place.

Good morning, thank you for the feedback but why stating that we didn't asnwer you when we did? and you also replied asking other questions and we replied to that too? We also told you taht we would have sent you a link to do the check in online but you came directly to the office around 15.30 and you did the payment here.. so why we should have sent you something? You should check again your emails because maybe you missed our reply. For privacy reasons we can't input the screenshot but: - You wrote to us on the 23/01 at 1.30 am, we replied the same day at 10.06. You wrote again on the 26/01 at 22.04 and we answered at 10.07 on 27/01.

Good location, but close to a church which bells ring at 8 in the morning and wake you up. Moreover, when it was raining an ongoing loud noice from the water falling from the roof was quite frustrating. Forgot my wallet at the room in the morning and realized it two hours later. Called the reception three times and the said that they checked the room but didn’t find anything. I’m sure I forgot it there so probably the cleaning people took it, which I find so bad… I don’t care about the money in it but would really have liked to get my cards back.

Atendimento e sistema péssimo e tenebroso PéSSIMO sistema de checkin e atendimento. N?o há uma recep??o ou alguma pessoa responsável. Eu e meu esposo chegamos até o local e mal tinha uma placa com o nome da empresa. O port?o estava trancado e precisava de código para digitar. Necessitamos pedir ajuda de um vizinho que passava por ali no momento. Ele ligou do celular dele para um número pequeno que estava na frente. Aí descobrimos que precisava fazer o checkin online pra darem o código do port?o, quarto e etc. Estava MUITO frio na rua. Aí depois da ajuda, um numero de whatsapp veio falar comigo e passar as informa??es, até que depois de muito custo, conseguimos entrar. A limpeza estava bem feita e o quarto era confortável, pelo menos. Até que depois come?ou a bater na nossa janela uma outra hóspede russa que n?o tinha internet e estava com o mesmo problema nosso. Eu falei pra pessoa "responsável" no whatsapp que havia outra hospede lá precisando de ajuda e ele simplesmente disse pra eu ajudar ela porque n?o tinha ninguém pra ir lá. Fiquei compadecida da mulher e tive que fazer o checkin e todo o procedimento pra ela, tarde da noite já. NUNCA MAIS PISO NESSE LOCAL!
