  • Guest user：The hotel is located very close to Harbin station, which is convenient, and not too far from the attractions. Though the location is right by an underpass and is noisy with traffic. The staff are nice enough, they don't speak much English. The hotel itself smells terrible, the front lobby is fine, but once you get to the guess floors the stench is strong and it's deeply steeped into the carpet as well. Walking around in socks results in the smell seeping into your socks and shoes too.

  • Guest user：the front desk girl is really helpful. we asked a lot of questions and she try her best to find out the answer for us. i only stay one night. the second day the front desk girl is not helpful at all. i guess it depends on your luck
