We were really looking forward to our 8-night stay and paid a premium expecting a true 5-star experience. Unfortunately, the reality was a huge disappointment. The room was incredibly small — barely enough space to walk around with two suitcases and clothes for an 8-day stay. The limited space made it uncomfortable, and the cleaning was average at best. Our balcony faced a noisy parking lot, offering a terrible view and none of the peace we had hoped for. Breakfast was far from what you'd expect at a luxury hotel — mostly sugary pastries, very little in terms of healthy or standard options like eggs or even bread. Items constantly ran out and we had to ask for basics like glasses, coffee, and refills, waiting for staff to get to us. There was no coffee or tea provided in the room. A machine could be requested, but you have to pay for the coffee capsules — again, not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The beach area was another letdown. Only four sunbeds were available for free, without umbrellas. Everything else required payment — starting from €100 per day. For a hotel that charges premium rates, having to pay extra just to lay comfortably on the beach is unacceptable. The on-site restaurant was also overpriced with a limited menu. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. I’ve travelled extensively and stayed in many true 5-star hotels around the world — this unfortunately was not one of them.

This hotel has fantastic views in multiple directions, and many of the rooms have private terraces. The private beach with bar and beds amongst the rocks was an unexpected amenity that we loved. The pool is small but is nestled between small cliffs...truly unique. The location was quiet and only a few minutes from the center of La Maddalena, but don't expect to easily walk into town...it was about 1.5 miles, which is steeply uphill on the return. We recommend this location if you have a car.

Accueil correct, bon petit-déjeuner (du choix), le personnel et le staff est sympathique (un peu moins au niveau de la réception), la chambre était bien (en revanche la clim se réactive tres fort dès qu'on quitte la chambre, la TV ne fonctionnait pas correctement et la literie est désastreuse, pas digne d'un soi-disant 5 étoiles luxe !)

Excelente op??o para quem visita La Maddalena e está de carro. Um pouco afastado do centro. Estacionamento fácil e gratuito. Tem beach club e nas proximidades do hotel há diversos píers em que é possível organizar passeios de barco/Gommone sem precisar ir até o porto principal (muito mais movimentado e confuso). Quarto muito confortável e bom café da manh?.

Das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Die Auswahl und die Qualit?t des Frühstücks waren super. Das Personal war mal mehr mal weniger freundlich. Das Abendessen (im Rahmen der Halbpension) war auch sehr lecker, allerdings kleine Portionen. Die Getr?nke beim Abendessen (8€ für eine Cola zero) und an der Bar sind unverh?ltnism??ig teuer. Der Spa Bereich muss vorher gebucht werden und kann nur maximal 2 Stunden kostenlos genutzt werden, das ist etwas umst?ndlich geregelt.

Very quaint property in an isolated area. This is not a hotel. These are private small villas and there is no reception or staff on site. Keys in lock box and no frills. Clean and in nice condition. WiFi is intermittent. If you have a car and you don’t mind doing everything on your own it’s great. Very relaxing.

While the "beach" club isn't exactly convenient and there is no beach (so you can only sit on rocks unless you want to spend a small fortune on a daybed), the hotel and facilities were lovely.
