Todo muy lindo. El personal muy atento.
Una sugerencia: avisar con anticipación que el desayuno no se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito. Tuve que salir a buscar un cajero automático y la mayoría estaban vacíos (mucha gente había retirado dinero). Perdí tiempo buscando un cajero con efectivo disponible.

The room was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the WiFi in the room was very bad, I had to go to the dining area to be able to use my computer.

Nice location, spacious rooms, a little too dark to my taste and window are all in garden side so it gets noisy when guests are walking and talking.

I was expecting better but It didn’t meet my expectations. Staff was ok, it is to noisy. If I come back it will be only of the accessible parking.

Our stay at Hotel Eterna Primavera was perfect. They arranged our transport from the airport upon our arrival with no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful including the room itself, the garden, and the terrace. We would stay here again.

La habitación es super espaciosa, tres camas full, aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, es fresca , no lo necesitas, el ba?o es enorme, agua caliente, el hotel es muy bonito y limpio, la localización es accesible a todo lo imperdible en antigua Guatemala, tiene demasiados restaurantes y coffee shop a minutos a pie. De verdad que lo recomiendo 100%.

The staff is top! They took care of our luggage before check in time, and by the time we came to check in they had already moved our bags to the room. The room was very clean

The staff were lovely, breakfast great and our room was really cute and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
