  • Guest：The hotel is situated in a nice square . Unfortunatly when we arrived there was a bad smell of drainage which was even in our room. We advised reception and even emailed but not even an answer.
  • Guest：Very good hotel. Small but well located and clean. I booked the 2 penthouse rooms which were good - so cannot comment on the other rooms. Centrally located in Gozzo. The only concern is that the reception desk is not always manned to help with customer needs. Also very disappointed about asking the hotel to help with the airport transfer service where charged ￡85 ￡4 city tax to share a taxi with another family but when made my own way back cost me ￡52
  • Guest：The hotel was in a square with a couple restaurants which was nice in the evenings. Otherwise I was rather disappointed. We booked the penthouse suite with a balcony which said it slept 3 but only had a queen bed. I was traveling with my mom and did not want to share a queen bed. The manager offered to downgrade us to a regular room w/ 2 twins with a refund for the difference in room. At our check out I inquired about the refund and she completely reneged the offer. It was very disappointing customer service. The breakfast was ok but I would agree with other reviews that it’s ridiculous to only include regular coffee but to have to pay extra for a latte or cappuccino. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because the staff member who helped us change rooms was so kind and went out of his way to be accommodating and friendly.
