Guest：It was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The staff did accommodate to my request for my husband's birthday surprise. The facilities for kids is just great for the price that we booked. There are varieties of choices for the breakfast spread. The location is near to Ciwalk Malll. The only downside that we faced was the the toilet flushing system. It's not working properly. And also when the 2nd day they make up our room, the housekeeping did not top up the body wash and on the 3rd day just happen i approach one of the housekeeping lady for assistance to top up the shower gel and she said ok but till now we checked out, no one came to top it up. But overall its a good experience with friendly service staffs.

Guest：Booked this place last minute for an urgent overnight stay. Location is great and the staff were helpful even at late hours. Facilities were decent for a short stopover. The only real downside was the cleanliness. The bed wasn't the best, it felt a bit itchy, which brought the experience down. For a quick stay it was okay, but the room could definitely use better cleaning.
Guest：Faulty toilet door, Toilet has pungent smell. Called them twice for them to remove the smell. Aircon not cold and they rectified it effectively.??breakfast was delicious.
