  • Guest user：Staff were helpful to foreigners, but one lady at the desk was a little rude, the other two ladies were lovely. Hotel is super nice and I love the little delivery robot.
  • Guest user：The hotel is clean and modern, good breakfast and nice staff, I can only recommend it!
  • Guest user：I spent just 2 days in Haikou and the location of the hotel was super convenient for what I was interested in exploring. It was about 15min away from the old town by public bike. And about 25 minutes from Haikou Bay. The breakfast was fresh on both days and delivered on time. The staff was also very friendly. And the viw from the room was very nice!
  • Guest user：The location of hotel is really convinient, it is situated right in front of bus stop. Baishamen park, old street and walking embankment are really close to the hotel. ?? The room is really nice and spacious, and it was quite fun to play with 'smart home' assistant, who is called 'Xiaodu'. ?? The stuff is really helpful and friendly, and the nice little robot delivers your order to your room, which is also quite entertaining! ?? Breakfast is descent, and quite diverse. And there is a set for an afternoon tea on your window. ?? There is a SPA on the top floor, and you can find plenty of different food options in 2 minutes walk around the hotel. ??The only thing - is a poor sound insulation, as you can hear upper neighbors taking shower. It is not that disturbing, but for someone it can be critical. Highly recommend, probably, will stay here next time.
