亲，非常感谢您能抽出时间来给我们写下这麽详尽的点评呀，您的每一点反馈对我们来説都特别重要呢。首先得跟您説声抱歉呀，您刚入住那会儿确实没给您带来特别完美的体验，这真的是我们需要好好反思和改进的地方。不过您也知道，周末的时候客人确实比较多，大家都想来欣赏咱们龙脊梯田的美景，所以有时候忙起来可能会有些小疏忽，没照顾好每一个细节，真的挺过意不去的。但咱也有不少亮点值得一説呢。就説咱这位置吧，在金佛顶观景台附近呀，您站在酒店附近或者房间里，只要天气好，那龙脊梯田的壮丽景色可就能尽收眼底啦，那种层层叠叠的梯田之美，真的是特别震撼，好多客人来这儿就是冲着这绝美的景色呢。再讲讲咱的餐饮呀，您晚饭在咱家点菜，也嚐到了我们自己做的小青菜和竹筒饭，您也説挺好吃的，我们就是想着让每一位客人都能品嚐到咱们当地的特色美味，都是用新鲜食材精心烹制的呢。而且老板一家也都特别诚恳，就盼着能让您吃得满意，住得舒心呀。説到服务，虽然一开始有些小状况，但後面我们也都在努力弥补呀。老板娘发现衞生问题後马上就给您整改了，这説明我们还是很重视您的感受的呀。还有呀，咱这酒店还装了电梯呢，四楼虽然速度慢了点儿，但在这山上有个电梯也算是挺方便的啦，能让您上下楼省点儿力气，也算是个特别的体验呢。关於您説的抓鱼活动和免费服装体验，天气冷了确实会对抓鱼活动有影响，不太好开展，这也是为了让您有更好的体验才跟您那麽説的呀。至於服装，可能摆放得是不太整齐，但其实都是定期清洗的，就是看着不太美观，以後我们一定会注意整理好，让它们看上去更吸引人些。自驾上山确实不容易呀，物价也会受点儿影响，但我们也一直都在努力让大家觉得物有所值呢。这次没能让您对房价和入住体验特别满意，真的很抱歉，我们会好好总结经验，不断提升改进的，希望下次您再来的时候，能给您一个全新的、特别棒的体验呀。再次感谢您的理解和包容哦。
