The plug you are referring to is suitable for rasors, the hair dryer's compatible socket has a different place in the bathroom. certainly a different Ice, indeed is not available in the hallway or lobby, however beside the Nespresso Machine, we can provide our guest a kettle on request, delivered by the housekeeping team to support hot water inquiries of our guests. We truly regret that this was not called to your attention earlier. While we are grateful for your 10-point ratings for amenities and cleanliness, we are saddened that the view from your room did not meet your expectations. The images you shared show exterior views of the hotel on both sides, taken from the main entrance with the Ferris Wheel (which our park-view rooms overlook) and from the pedestrian street at the back, featuring the terrace and inner-court rooms. The hotel itself is located in the middle of the capital, close to attractions including the Danube River, but does not overlook it. We also pay attention to the destination itself, therefore guests may find two Budapest-related images in our gallery: a night-time photo of the two landmarks, Parliament and Buda Castle, and a night-time image of Heroes' Square. These have been carefully selected and, to avoid confusion, are marked as attractions nearby rather than as a view from a room or suite. We deeply regret that you had different impressions, which cast a shadow over your otherwise positive experience and left you with a negative notes.
