Easy booking and confirmation, great service , lovely hotel

Shower not working properly and hard to manage, stuck. However, the service I had was excellent sorting a peanut allergy menu out for my grandson, generous Halloween bag given to him, the kitchen impromptu birthday plate for me with Happy Birthday written in chocolate with a yummy chocolate brownie plus ice-cream and biscuit (impromptu gathering so no cake). I compliment the cook Elona who did the chocolate writing beautifully, and especially the two restaurant/bar ladies Dee and Sharon also who both helped us yesterday and today with great patience and understanding..

Nice place to stay in trip, good breakfast, very cool spa zone with swimming pool, gym, squash and sauna.

Perfect for what we needed. VERY comfy beds! Great nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Thanks for the post breakfast coffee ??

Everyone , the receptionist, the staff included very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the bar and food . The rooms are comfortable . They have a pool and spa. ?I just didn’t get to go ?It looked inviting., there ?are towns and parks an Uber away . There is also a small path around ?Hotel to take a short walk .

Clean, quiet, comfortable spacious bedroom. We were only there to sleep as we were at a Wedding elsewhere all day. I would stay again.

We stayed there over Easter holiday. Finding the hotel was easy. There is a ski slope right opposite the hotel which is good for something to do. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment but the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and sauna were in good condition. The sauna was always packed so we ended up waiting for people to leave. The bar was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

I stayed here alone for business. It was a good location for me as I was driving somewhere the next day, but this hotel didn’t seem to be near anywhere so you couldn’t walk to a town or anything.
The room was nice, and comfortable.
The swimming pool was ok but the larger hot tub was cold in temperature in my opinion. I also didn’t like that the lockers in changing rooms needed a padlock to be used. As a hotel guest I don’t make a habit of carrying a padlock with me for use in a situation like this. So I had to carry all my stuff into the pool area rather than leave in the locker room.
The bar could definitely do with a face lift to make it a nicer place to sit in an evening, especially as there isn’t really anywhere else to go. The food I had was ok at best, breakfast was also good.

The Hotel is ok. The rooms are functional. They don't have any USB sockets and they don't have fridge's. They are spacious. Breakfast is ok nothing special. The meals from the Bar were ok. They do have an excellent Gym and Pool Spa area, and also a Squash Court which is all included.
