Regarding the car parking and aircraft noise, we understand how frustrating this must have been. We are currently reviewing our parking allocation process to prevent overbooking, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. As for the flight path noise, unfortunately our location means some level of aircraft activity is unavoidable, but we do offer quieter room options upon request and will be happy to assist with this in future.We are truly sorry that your experience fell short, and we hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
