Absolutely fabulous stay We stayed for 5 nights in January, all the staff greeted you everyday with a smile, place was spotless , breakfast was lovely and never felt that you had rush, ate twice in the restaurant and both times the food was excellent and a very nice waitress, even the bar man beeped and waved at us when we were out on a walk The pool wasn’t being used in the winter months but the area looked lovely and the roof terrace had a lovely view, although it was next to the road we had no problem with noise as the window were very well soundproofed

Absolutely LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! although the guest rooms were a little compact, the service was EXCELLENT, breakfast and the two dinners were amazing! The food was like an Italian home cooked meal. The hotel is very clean and well located! If you get a chance and meet Tiziana she is an amazing cook and a beautiful person inside and out. This hotel will not disappoint you.

First time to Sorrento area, chose The Hotel Gardenia and it didn’t disappoint. Antonio greeted us on our arrival, checking us in with ease and being available for our questions especially regarding the train. Had breakfast and dinner (with excellent service by Tizianna, always kind and smiling and helpful). Breakfast buffet was perfect to begin the day. The hotel is very clean and has a charming decor. It is convenient to walking to the main train station and to the city squares. Being off season it was quiet and that was the reason for us to visit. Had a wonderful time.

Freindly and welcoming. Extremely clean and well organised. Comfortable, convenient location. Great Bar and Restaurant - breakfast was great but dinner was exceptional. Great value. Above all kind freindly funny helpful staff. Thank you Hotel Gardenia for making my stay in Sorrento.

Prenotato all'ultimo momento, abbiamo vissuto una bella esperienza . Hotel di recente ristrutturazione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro con camere veramente molto curate ,confortevoli insonorizzate abbastanza bene e super pulite con frigo bar dotate di 2 brick d'acqua in omaggio, letto super comodo e con scelta di 2 tipi di cuscini nuovi. Lo Staff alla Reception è molto gentile... ma la colazione è stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa dove si ha di tutto con prodotti di buona qualità dal dolce fatto in casa al salato servita con garbo, con il sorriso e gentilezza! Essendo inverno non abbiamo utilizzato i servizi esterni come la piscina e il solarium .Peccato che la camera si affacciava sulla strada e quindi non era vista mare Vesuvio!!!.... Molto comodo il Parcheggio adiacente a un prezzo ragionevole. Anche il nostro cagnolino è stato il benvenuto e ha gradito l'accoglienza! Complimenti a tutti continuate così !!!

Una notte trascorsa con la famiglia Mancavamo dalla struttura da circa 3 anni La struttura ristrutturata rispetto alla nostra precedente volta, camere confortevoli, sala colazione degna di un 4 stelle con varietà tra salato e dolce con tutte le proposte ben descritte, servizio di sala molto attento alle esigenze, cortesia ed accoglienza ottime La struttura dispone di parcheggio e dista circa 1 chilometro dalla centrale Piazza Tasso Ideale per chi vuole visitare Sorrento senza stress da parcheggio Prezzi nella media per la zona e per i servizi offerti Complimenti

Wir haben im Hotelrestaurant zu Abend gegessen. Es war sensationell. Wir sind nun über 1 Monat unterwegs in Italien, hier haben wir am Besten gegessen. Es war alles absolut frisch und von sehr guter Qualit?t, k?nnen wir zu 100% empfehlen. Es hat an diesem Abend geregnet, aber Tiziana hat uns mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und ihren Kochkünsten die Sonne gebracht. Vielen Dank. Der Negroni war übrigens auch super!

This is a beautiful modern hotel in a great location but best of all is the staff!. They go above and beyond. We had two free bottles of water in our min fridge and chocolates to welcome us. It was a great first impression and the staff continued to make us feel welcome and did whatever they could to help make our vacation special.

We have stayed at The Gardenia hotel on many occasions. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We have got to know the lovely and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet has an excellent choice and the homemade pastries are excellent too. A big shout to Tiziana who not only serves the drinks with a big smile, she made us a lovely meal on our first night. Although the hotel doesn't advertise the evening meals, it's very reasonable and home cooked with love. We have made friends for life at this hotel and can't wait to go back. It's like our second home. Thank you to all the staff at the Gardenia for making our short stay a happy and special one Rekha and David London
