A brilliant hotel. A fantastic location with a 15 minute walk to the central station. There is a bus that goes from almost outside the hotel to the harbour, which is convenient to take a municipal ferry to sightsee, or take an organised boat trip. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good value and great quality. The staff throughout were great and friendly and helpful. I would like to say a big shout out to Melissa who was on reception. She was always smiling and she gave us so much great information. Thank you. Would i stay there again. Yes I most certainly would.

Don’t let the location put you off, it’s very handy for central Hamburg. The rooms are cosy and modern, the bar area is very small but the lounge/breakfast room is very spacious and didn’t feel overcrowded even when it was busy. The staff were all really pleasant, very friendly and helpful.

Все прекрасно, чисто, народу мало, интернет быстрый. Расположен недалеко от главного вокзала.

Super Lage, 10 min zu Fu? zum HBF. Sehr freundliches Personal, sch?nes Zimmer. Doch zwei Sachen zu bem?ngeln, auf der Seite wo ich gebucht habe, stand 14 Uhr Check-In Zeit, also waren wir 14 Uhr da und wollten einchecken, dann hie? es erst ab 15 Uhr, sonst würden 15€ Gebühr anfallen. Zweiter Punkt: die Toilette ist zwar sch?n modern eingerichtet, allerdings hat die Tür kein Schlo? zum abschlie?en und diese ist milchig, also nicht ganz blickdicht. Au?erdem gibt es keine Lüftung in der Toilette, was schon sehr unangenehm ist, wenn man zu zweit in dem Zimmer ist. Im Ganzen aber ein Hotel was ich nur empfehlen kann, vor allem vom Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis!
