Se devo trovare qualcosa che non sia andato, posso dire che alla reception vi è un biglietto che annuncia che li si parla anche italiano, cosa non vera nei 2 gg di permanenza.
Detto questo ci siamo fatti capire lo stesso parlando un po in inglese e francese

酒店非常棒，装修的很有格调，就在安纳西湖边上，住的非常舒适，早餐也很美味。不过餐厅的晚餐比较一般，牛排很老，不好吃。

Overall the hotel was nice
The location on the app was incorrect, it brought me to the police station. Then I found out it was about 300 meters away.
parking is available on the site or there is several parking lots very near for cheaper price.
