Guest：The location of the hotel is good. Room allotted to me had a leaking toilet which after bringing to their notice was not rectified. Had to get the room changed. The tariff is also not worth the stay. The pillows are stained and housekeeping staff are not professional enough to handle the facility. Cleanliness is very good and food is excellent ( mutton in black masala is excellent). The management team needs to be trained better to handle guests and they lack professionalism. There are better options available in the vicinity for the price they demand. Rooms are not that spacious. They have a tea-coffee machine of hot water in the room...
