We went in a pakage of two days . One day in the hotel and 2nd day in desert camp. Stay in the hotel was bad in all aspects of hoteliering. Camp was just about average. To drop us to Sam sand dunes and back ...about 4 kms, he called it Jeep Safari and charged us 2800 rupees per Jeep. Food was just about average. Behaviour of staff was polite and good.

Beautiful clean rooms with best ever bedding! The staff was humble and accommodating. Best breakfast ever!I had the best ever banana chocolate pancakes here at this place!very close to the fort. Nice places to eat and drink also nearby (walking distance).

The room are really clean and beautiful. And the food is delicious, specially north indian food. They provided us with paid ground transfer as well as let us do a late check-out. I would like to go there again.

Great staff but wish the property was as good as helsinki house, its sister hotel. Room was dark and could not draw the curtains. Bathroom had a smell. Roof top restaurant needs better ambience and furniture. Cannot understand why helsinki house is top notch but boutique lacks the same standards

The pictures shown are totally high quality pictures. Do not trust the pics of the property is just average and that too the off side of the city.

We stayed at the property for two days. We asked the hotel for airport transport and for 7 km ride they charged us so much. When i said it’s just 7 km, the guy said no it is 12-13 km. We thought maybe some other route, but the driver took us through the same 7 km route. They just charge so much for little things. It was really disappointing, as we could have travel-led a different city with that amount. Food is good. Service is slow. We had no drinking water glass in the room, asked twice but no response. On our second day, nobody came for room service, we were okay with that as we had to go out, but for basic things that must be provided each day of the booking we had to ask them for everything.
