Guest：I which i had things to say other than yhe beautiful view. The water is amazing! Thats it you guys have to train your staff. This place is becoming international and As i said to rixos the same you have to train your staff. Or youll just be off the map soon. We all moved to ras el hikma. Only staying for friends so hust be nice or never coming back.

Guest：The place is pretty good with nice furniture,amazing food that exceeds expectations and great facility and best of all very nice staff ! But,they need to improve maintenance,wipe furniture because it smells and take care of plumbing problems. They need to open a bathroom for people in the pool other than the reception's bathroom! And most important to get a net for the lifeguards to take out jellyfish of the sea! The guy has burned off his hand trying to get jellyfish out! That was very inhumane! When we talked to a supervisor,he claimed that the lifeguard has a net but prefers to not use it and burns his hands! Very unprofessional and mean comment !they really need to take care of their staff and treat them humanely! and there is anything that can be done to prevent jellyfish stings that would be great because there was a lot of them! I would definitely go back if they improve these problems and take care of there lifeguard's safety!
