Guest：Shoaibs at reception was mega helpful ill deffo be staying there again they helped me find my room sorted me my breakfast an kept asking if theres anything they could do to help me with my stay
Guest：A fantastic location on the canal with views of the barges. A ten minute walk from the railway station. The hotel isn't working minutes from a large sainsburys and the kingsgate shopping centre. We dropped our bags off at 12 noon with no issues and were booked in by amiable staff at 1800 ( after sampling the pubs and shops !). Lovely room marred only by a squeaky floor in the room above 306. Great breakfast. Attentive but not overbearing staff. We will be back in the summer.

Guest：This was a lovely hotel stay. We only came for one night but the staff were very accommodating and especially understanding of our situation. From the get go, Ray was lovely and helped us with everything we needed when checking in and giving advice with changing our meal plan. The room was very private, clean and comfortable and the restaurant had a nice quiet atmosphere. Jordan on reception was great as well, and made excellent conversation whilst helping us which is something we won’t forget. I also definitely feel like I got my money’s worth despite it being such a short stay. I was worried that I would regret it but I certainly do not. Thank you.
