  • Guest：We are a family of 4 and stayed at this place, self check in and out. No one to guide you so if you need help there is nothing but they did put all the necessities in the flat, it was very spacious which we can put our 4 suitcases and luckily enough we got parking space because I think it the other residentials there didn't have cars, so there was still space left for us even when we came back late. We walk over to Hakata station which was like 15 to 20 mins walks, there was plenty of things there but the shops closed at 8 which was pretty early for Japan and only the restaurants and food place was opened. But we enjoy the stay there and Fukuoka as well.

  • Guest：Full self-service, troublesome check-in procedures of many room users, but comes with in-room cooking utensils and laundry machine.
  • Guest：The hotel was close to city center (ten minute driving). The room was clean and have lots of space. It has 3 beds, a counter with a microwave. The parking lot was a bit little. The way to get a parking lot is first come first serve. We can walk to 7 (5 minutes).
