Guest：Not great. Arrived to a building site, skips, fencing and dust everywhere on our corridor.(Only told there was disruption a week before) Rooms are tatty and need updating. Told on arrival no food available and no hot breakfast the following day. Not great when we arrived with 2 young kids after a 3 hr journey straight from school and attending a gym comp at 9 the next day. Bar staff miserable and uninterested. Only 1 draft beer out of 3 and no coke. Told we could only stay 10 mins as they were shutting at 9. We did manage to get breakfast the 2nd morning, was nice and a nice lady serving.

Guest：Having stayed at this hotel on many previous occasions we expected to be able to have a quiet drink in the bar before retiring to our room. There are renovations taking place at the hotel and we knew there were restrictions on the opening times at the bar. We were staying there on a Friday night to visit family and looked forward to a relaxing drink , returning to the hotel at 9:30pm. Unfortunately, the doors to the bar were locked, despite a notice on the door saying it was open until 10:30pm on a Friday evening. Everything else in the hotel was as we expected - clean, comfortable room with a lovely hot shower and friendly, helpful reception staff to check us in.
Guest：Had a fantastic stay at this lovely Premier Inn in East Kilbride- Central From booking over the telephone receiving confirmation, great communication friendly staff throughout my stay & I felt reassured about my booking It is one of 3 Premier Inn’s in East Kilbride but I chose this one purely as it was in an ideal location to the Train station to Glasgow Central & also close to a sporting event I was attending.
