Guest：The room was great. Very clean, but that wasn’t the best part of the stay. The lady at the front desk was amazing! So nice and helpful for our stay. The rest of the staff was on par as well. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family! 5 stars!
Guest：I had a pleasant stay at Pacific Crest Hotel. The room was spotless, and the location was fantastic. We had a minor hiccup with late check-in, as the staff had left by 9pm, but they were helpful over the phone, making it easy. Incase of late check in make sure you call them up and clarify the checkin process. The only improvement would be the food services, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it!
Guest：Cute and cozy place to stay, great Location next to the beach. The only complaint I have it is the TV service. Internet was horrible wasn’t able to enjoy anything on TV.
Guest：Very disappointed. My young daughter and I were traveling alone and we were given a room that seemed to be maybe an old garage converted into a room. It was dark and felt a bit creepy. There was a large gap in the exterior door and several large spiders walked right in while my daughter was awake, so that left her feeling uneasy. We woke up and there were a few dead bugs that I believe flew in through the gap during the night. Pros were the convenience to everything, the location near the beach was fantastic, free easy parking, the pool looked clean and well maintained. I might’ve like this hotel if we were given a different room, but I won’t be returning.
