The staff were very nice espcially the bell staff. The room was comfortable, but the shower didn't function correctly The food and wait staff were excellent in the restaurant. There was a wedding taking place that played loud music until 2 A.M. while I realized weddings make money for the hotel , but all guests are not wedding guests. We liked the building but will not ever be staying at this hotel again due to it being impossible to sleep or rest until after 2 A.M. This includes nights where their is not a wedding because the hotel has loud music playing in the bar.For the price the hotel charges to stay you would think all guests would be respected and not just people whom like to party.

This property is beautiful. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of storage/closet space. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We had brunch at the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

Mi esposa cumplió a?os y su sue?o era quedarse en La Marion Solis y se lo cumplí fue una experiencia única todo el personal fue muy amable y lo mejor que todos hablan muy bien de Marco Antonio Solis el patron que el es muy sencillo y amable con sus empleados por eso yo admire y mi esposa y yo nos sentimos muy contentos de haber estado en La Mansion Solis y espero regresar muy pronto les recomiéndo si pueden ir lleguen ahi y traten de estar tres días o mas para que sientan una parte de Marco Antonio Solis.

Property is a little outdated. The amenities list on the website are not accurate. The pools heater does not work and their pool bar is no longer in operation. Pool and jacuzzi need to be maintained better and cleaned more often. Housekeeping staff were amazing though and kept the rooms clean!!!

The suite is wow!! I was impressed and felt like celebrity. The staff was so friendly they made my family and I feel important and very welcomed.

I was disappointed with hotel and amenities it did not meet my expectations and price relation does not match hotel . Bellboys are friendly and welcoming as well as front desk but did not see any other staff on grounds attending guests service . The pool water was cold not temperature controlled and their spa was very cold as well . Called front desk about temperature in pool and spa but was not corrected .

Es un gran hotel boutique, muy hermoso, seguro, confortable y el personal en general muy amable.

gratamente sorprendida , servicio de primera , se esmeran en hacerte sentir comodo, seguro y cuidan todos los detalles . definitivamente los recomiendo y de verdad soy exigente , pero no tuve un punto negativo , ojala hubiera mas hoteles de este nivel en nuestro pais ,sobre todo nacionales .
