Guest：El hotel esta correcto, la piscina es chica pero no hay tantas personas, al menos cuando yo estuve. La recepción es muy linda, con su decoración típica. El personal si bien solo algunos hablan ingles, por lo general hablan en Francés, son muy amable, correctos y se encuentran a disposición para ayudar en todo, La gracia y la comunicación del personal a pesar del idioma me cautivo, porque demuestra de la gentileza de la ciudad de Fes. La ubicación perfecta, y muy segura la zona, hasta salimos de noche
Guest：The 5* Hotel does not provide irons and ironing boards as guests cannot be trusted not to burn their clothes and then hold the hotel liable. Absolute nonsense of a policy. Not quite sure how guests are expected to prepare for an evening out in a restaurant or hotel with a dress code.
Guest：The welcome you get is lovely, mint tea and biscuits. Nice while you wait for your bags to be taken to your room. Location is brilliant. Next to small square , which we sat in at night with local ladies. Easy to get to souk and restaurants , cinema coffee shop and local shop for water and snacks. Public areas were nice. Nice to have night cap in reception area. The buffet on rooftop was large room and breakfast was good with nice selection but evening meal was not nice. Most dishes were unlabelled, whilst some dishes like the lamb and Pastilla were very good usually only one good dish a night. Roof terrace could be better if it had chairs as pool area was too small to sit and relax by yet roof terrace was completely empty, seemed a waste. Bedroom small fir 2 of use. My single bed was very small and the light switch and plug for phone was behind/under my pillow. Drainage in shower bad. Door handle on bathroom kept coming off in my hand. Staff just reglued it on !! Needed screws. A room with balcony would gave been better. However ours was nice because over looked pool so quiet. Many rooms were noisy due to closeness to square.
Guest：Estábamos de viaje tras ver a la familia, Paramos en Fez sin reserva ni previsión, entramos en este hotel en el que pudimos reservar. Dejando en nosotros un maravilloso recuerdo de nuestra estancia. La atención de las recepcionistas, los camareros que al llevar el desayuno a la habitación trajeron una rosa y el personal de la entrada. Desde luego un sitio al que volveremos segurísimo.
