Purtroppo il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato molto deludente.La camera era molto sporca e poco curata, il bagno con evidenti segni di trascuratezza.Il personale nn è stato particolarmente disponibile e sembrava poco interessato a risolvere il problema segnalato,la struttura e i servizi sono ben al di sotto delle aspettative, nn consiglio questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori.

In zona centrale a Letojanni purtroppo non c’è parcheggio custodito,ci sono solo due strisce riservate davanti la porta,i mezzi si parcheggiano nella statale lato montagna. Il personale è molto disponibile però purtroppo sia la hall che le camere sono molto datate,c’è bisogno di un bella ristrutturata,comodo per soggiorni brevi e senza pretese.

I stayed here on a school trip around a week ago. The hotel was shocking, the room I stayed in was tiny and for four people. Across the four beds two had blood stains and one was stained with a suspicious white substance. On our first night staying there our balcony shutter broke and we could not get onto the balcony without putting a chair under the shutter. The food served was also shocking. The pasta was undercooked and half of the time we stayed there the toilets in the dining area were not open. One of my friends was served straight lettuce on a plate with chips as a "vegetarian option". Some of the food was inedible due to green patches of mold on it. The advertised rooftop pool was shut the entire time we were staying there. Unless you want a time of horror on your stay DO NOT STAY HERE.

Struttura centrale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo fatto un solo pernottamento al rientro da un concerto. Hotel con posizione centrale e possibilità di parcheggio, cosa fondamentale a Letojanni. Consiglio a chi non è troppo pretenzioso e preferisce un soggiorno no stress

Firstly, upon arrival out suitcases were taken from the coach for us as there is a train track next to the hotel and so we had to go under it in a dodgy tunnel. The food on the first night really set the tone for the stay, we got some unidentifiable mush for the first dish and some bird's-eye chicken for the second. There was only one dish in the stay that was actually eatable. Breakfast was the same smelly eggs, bread and salami and some dry cakes. The rooms were very old, the shower like a coffin but the room itself was clean, just dated. The reception and communal area was the highlight as it was a nice atmosphere. If you are going to sicily i wpuld suggest staying in messina or palermo as opposed to a small village on the side of a railway

Un'esperienza molto positiva che consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno in un ambiente professionale e accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel con la nostra scolaresca e siamo rimasti particolarmente soddisfatti. La struttura si presenta pulita e ben tenuta, con ambienti ideali per il nostro gruppo. Il personale è stato veramente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare le diverse esigenze degli studenti e degli accompagnatori, anche sulla base delle tempistiche. Inoltre, i pasti sono stati adeguati e abbondanti.

This place is perfect for when you want to visit Sicily and stay at the beach away from the crowd of Taormina. The rooms are efficient and clean. The staff is top notch and can help make your stay in Letojanni more fun, comfortable and exciting! Rooms have a wonderful view of the sea and it's only a block away!!! When in Sicily, stay at Hotel Delle Palme!!!

The staff in this hotel were more than helpful and welcoming. From Chiara at reception to MariaAngela in the breakfast room we say thanks in particular. People make a place. I recommend this hotel stay as it is a nice walk to the Porto Baggio entrance to the old historic centre. Breakfast was excellent.Room was comfortable and spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel delle Palme! The warm relaxed peaceful atmosphere is a true gift to travelers! The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Most front desk personnel spoke English quite well, a great help to us! The central location in Letojanni made dining, beach going, and access to public transportation extremely convenient. The lobby group/social areas are comfortable and welcoming with a small bar available. Our room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning was preset, so regulating our preferred temperature wasn't possible, but large french doors opening onto a private balcony did give us some control and a lovely view. The options for breakfast and dinner within the hotel were tasty and reliable and alleviated scheduling stress for tours and transportation times. It's helpful to have an idea about your sight seeing choices so the concierge can advise best ways to expedite your plans. The entire hotel facility was kept incredibly clean!

Our stay at the Hotel delle Palme in Letojanni, Sicily, could not have been better. The entire staff of the hotel were wonderful and accommodating. Comfortably located close to Mt. Etna, Siracusa, Taormina and other landmarks. Rooms were comfortable and the sea view rooms offered a great vista. Letojanni itself reminded us of our hometown - small, quiet, homey. Great stay in a wonderful place.
