Great place with nice common spaces and roof terrace, wonderful vibe, great location just near the beach and restaurants, very helpful and welcoming staff. Would come here again. Parts of the bathroom and common space could have been a bit cleaner but it was ok.

The property has been newly restored making everything modern and efficient yet the building itself is a classic. It's minimimal style and bright colors are great.
This property is close to the train station making it very convenient to travel to other places. I loved the stay.
Modern and clean, pretty nice common area and great location steps from the beach. But no view from the room. Tiny with no place to put luggage, no place to put things in the bathroom. Great air conditioning. Very pricey compared to what you get for your money. Not flexible on check out if you want to stay longer. Would not stay again.
Poche parole: davvero deliziosa in un contesto ancora autentico del posto . A pochi passi la carinissima Chianalea e il lungomare di Scilla. La struttura ha camere ed appartamenti con pulizia giornaliera fatte dalla Signora Maria (bravissima e gentilissima), frutta sempre a disposizione insieme alla macchina del caffè con cialde, in più frigo e cucina per organizzarsi anche una cenetta da gustare sul terrazzo vista mare al 2do piano. TV sia nelle camere che nell'area comune al 1mo piano e ovviamente wifi. Il proprietario che gestisce le prenotazioni è coadiuvato da un bravissimo collaboratore, Massimo sempre , sempre disponibile e per escursioni e/o noleggi il Balboascilla, nella persona di Rocco che lo gestisce, anche loro super organizzati. Difronte ci sono tanti lidi, personalmente stata al Lido Francesco, 2mn a piedi dalla struttura quindi molto comodo oltre ad essere molto valido. Scusate se mi sono dilungata ma il Balze lo merita veramente, ve lo consiglio tantissimo, sono proprio bravi ed attenti a tutto. Buone vacanze !
