I like to stay in the Premier Inn as it is clean and at a convenient location. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Also the breakfast and dinner are delicious and lots of choices.

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent location for a girly shopping trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff friendly and the lady and man working 31st January were very attentive when we had a drink at hotel bar. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice and good value. Thank you Premier Inn Reading ??

Very pleasant hotel. Spacious wheelchair accessible room. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Big shoutout to : Charlotte Dominika Insha Sarka

Overall, I had a decent experience, however, I did complain after my first night as there was a lot of noise in the corridor. Reception staff were most helpful and moved me to another room, but I was still disturbed a couple of times which meant I had a poor night sleep both nights

我觉得呢呢次体验非常好啦，呢间酒店呢正中带旺，?其实就喺商场附近，附近就有好多食肆，所以呢都唔会惊冇嘢食啦，房间呢都非常舒服啦乾净啦，一瞓就瞓到天光啦，?早餐呢都好全面，员工亦都招呼得好体贴

From the outside the place honestly looks like the back of a pub. Checked in on the machine (self check-in) which was fine, but when I got to my room on the 3rd floor it absolutely stank of sewage. Went down to reception, the lady there couldn’t understand me and just kept saying “I don’t understand.” The guy next to her quickly stepped in and said “change room, change room” three times. Got moved but the new room still had a bad smell, was boiling hot, the window was jammed shut, and the walls had random patches where they’d clearly tried to cover up marks with paint that was a completely different colour – looked really messy. Breakfast was terrible – really greasy, most of the trays were empty and the whole place was overcrowded. You’re honestly better off walking down the road to Wetherspoons

前后在这里住了7天，酒店属于连锁酒店，客人挺多，虽然不算特别大，但也每天很多人入住。房间大小适中，没有特别亮点也没有明显缺点。前台服务人员比较热情。早餐属于标准的英式早餐，该有的都有。

房间入住期间，没有人打扫衞生。早餐不好吃，没有希思罗机场的好吃。马桶冲水也不好用，也没有人补充毛巾/衞生纸

酒店位置优越，出行方便，附近有地铁和商场。房间乾净整洁，布置温馨，设施齐全。前台服务热情周到，让人感到宾至如归，下次还会选择入住。
