Excellent location 5min walk to centre of Worcester Hotel is clean warm and inviting. Rooms have everything you need with great housekeeping team Excellent value for money .

Great location next to River Severn. Views over cricket ground. Self check in worked thanks to nice lady helping us. Room great with coffee machine and fridge. Breakfast was fresh and hot despite being busy. Parking ￡10 but it is right outside the hotel.

Not a great Premier inn, no reception just a stand where you have to press a buzzer which is poor. My bedding was dirty. Breakfast was meant to be a buffet and nothing was ready at 7am when first of us customers started to arrive for opening. They did cooked to order and it was like warm

We checked in at 3.30 pm & found the staff to be very nice & friendly. The room was fine. No soap in the depenser in the shower. We were told Breakfast 7.00 - 11.00 am. However we turned up at 7.30 am & were told no hot food out as they didn't want any food waste. I thought fine no problem there. Do we had to order. No quantities mentioned when ordering full English Breakfast. Anyway we had far too much - so you've guessed it ? We had to leave it & waste it. If the waitress had said it comes out at 8.00 am we would of waited & picked our own which would of been more preferable & bonus hot. What we had barely warm. Disappointing. Tip change your breakfast times to 8.00 am - 11.00 am then you know what ? No waste !

Great location for exploring Worcester City centre which has lovely restaurants and good for shopping. Great staff, very accommodating. Good food reasonably priced

Lovely room, great staff, good food and in a pleasant location. Everything was absolutely first class apart from the fact that the temperature in our room was WAY too hot! We could not open a bedroom window and we could not change the temperature in our room. It was like sleeping in an oven...A great shame really for everything else was perfect and excellent value for money...

The room we had was very nice. Clean and tidy with plenty of teas and coffees, a bath and a very comfy bed. The problem we had was around food service in the restaurant. We decided to do the ￡26.99 deal for evening meal and breakfast. Whilst the food itself was ok the waiting times were unbelievably long. This was a really quiet period (no more than ten other people in the restaurant in the evening and no more than 20 at breakfast) and yet we waited 40 minutes for a cooked breakfast and not much less the night before. The waitress even forgot to bring our drinks for half an hour. In busy times this could be understood but with the vast majority of tables empty this really doesn't seem right. We were also not informed when we booked the meal deal that there was a reduced menu and for some strange reason, even though there's a lovely view of the cricket ground from one area of the restaurant, there were no tables at all set up for guests to eat their food there. Would have been a really pleasant stay but the food service really let it down.

What this Premier Inn has going for it is location. We stayed for one night recently to break up a long journey. Positives:- Excellent location right in the city centre. Plentiful parking (we didn't mind the charge for the convenience of having our vehicle right outside). Our Premier Plus room has spectacular views of the cricket ground. Huge, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, all hot and replenished in a timely manner. The hotel was well staffed with a friendly team whilst we were there. Negatives:- Non existent WiFi. I got a constant "can't obtain IP address" when trying to log into the Premier Plus or standard WiFi. By the time this appeared to be rectified (the next morning), the access code emailed to me on check in had expired. Quite frustrating. We had a constant hum in our room, I think from some kind of generator room opposite. Biggest yuk was the shower curtain in our room which was overpoweringly foisty. It smelt absolutely dreadful. Why PI still insist on shower curtains is beyond me, we have experienced really awful smelly ones so many times at different locations. If we'd have been staying any more than one night, we'd have requested a move. The armchair in our room was covered in glitter from a previous guest and was therefore unusable. Makes you question the cleanliness. I would stay here again, mainly for the convenience of the location and the excellent, value for money breakfast which set us up for the day.

Had food at the restaurant and can honestly say the katsu chicken was delicious Louise who served us was a star and very polite and helpful

Lovely location and with a nice view of the Cathedral and the bridge. The breakfast was in a beautiful well lit section but I didn't really get a chance to enjoy it due to my job infant son who was very needy.
