Excellent Service ?? We stayed at The Penta Beach Resort from October - November 2025. I would like to commend the whole team, headed by Ms. Anna, specially Ms. Grace & Gil for making sure everything we needed was delivered on time, from the room requirements, to our meals, laundry, massage and other special request ?? also the F&B team Gerwyn and Regine. Will definitely go back to Penta ??

Pros. Pleasant staff. Clean room. Great pool. Decent restaurant. Cons. Confusion at check in regarding reservation. Staff were clueless regarding local activities. Had to go to nearby resort to arrange activities. No beach amenities like chairs. Beach itself not the cleanest. Water, however, clean.?

The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with perfectly working air conditioning that made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant served amazing food—every meal we had was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The resort also offers great parking, which made things very convenient for us. We loved the long pool, which was well-maintained and perfect for both kids and adults. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Penta Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!”

We had an excellent stay in Penta. We transferred here from another hotel in Zambales. Wish we had booked Penta instead because we did not get a refund from the first hotel we booked. We went during the lean season so price of rooms were reasonable. Rooms are clean. There was also a fridge in the room. They can clean it everyday if you request them to. They provide mats and beach towels if you plan to hang out in the beach. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Food in their restaurant was also good but not all items were available which was understandable because we went during the lean season and only 2 or 3 rooms were booked during our stay. Breakfast was included in the hotel room price. The swimming pool was big and their gym had a lot of equipment. They also have a big parking space located across the hotel. Most of the “hotels” in Zambales are worn out already and not well maintained. We hope they maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms because we’d gladly stay here when we’re in Zambales again.

This is an absolute gem of a place located in an area that is developing as a premium weeknd spot in Zambales. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are top of the class and the staff are.polite and attentive. 100% recommended

My husband and I had a great time during our stay!! The room we stayed in, the breakfast, the facilities were awesome! Every corner of PENTA is picturesque but what stood out is your excellent customer service, accommodating and courteous staff. It didn’t start off good right away because we had issues with the internet but your people went above and beyond to make sure this is rectified asap! Please extend my thanks to Ann who took care of our check in and assisting us during our stay. Thank you Ann! She was a gem! Its she what makes PENTA notch because you’ve got great staff! Keep her ! we will surely comeback.
