stay here regularly with business in LIncoln! staff are always welcoming and always allocate me my favorite room. hotel is very clean and quiet!

I always choose premier inn when I travel. The quality for the price is always great. But I also find staff very friendly and helpful. The Lincoln Canwick hotel was no exception. I left an expensive item behind and they’re mailing it to me free of charge. Excellent service, friendly staff, plenty of parking, great food at the Beefeater, clean rooms and handy location. Recommended.

The outside of the building is quite scraggy and dilapidated but for ￡85 a night you can’t expect luxury. And as the premier inn brand overall can be trusted, we withheld ‘first-look’ judgements. Check in was simple and the staff were friendly. We were on the 1st floor, which was lucky as there weren’t any elevators so I’m grateful we weren’t on the 3rd floor. The room at first glance was a typical premier inn room so we were happy enough: clean bed, clean cups for tea/coffee so we were satisfied. However, we were frozen from travelling so decided to turn the heat on. It took a LOT of convincing to even turn on and eventually we realised you had to turn it up 1 degree at a time giving it a break between each degree - we gave up at 21. The bathroom stunk of eggs which we put down to poor sewage/drains - but not pleasant to be stuck with. The bathroom in general was grotty - damp/mould spots on the ceiling, peeling paint and just generally old looking surfaces. Then, we tried the provided Baylis and Hardin soap pumps by the sink and shower to find that they were 100% watered down and essentially useless. As I said at the start, for ￡85 a night you can’t expect luxury BUT when you book a premier inn (which we do regularly) you expect a certain level of quality. Canwick Premier Inn is hands down the worst premier inn I have ever stayed at. We won’t be staying there again.

Another stay over the weekend at this particular premier inn - again, perfect stay. I'd definitely recommend calling and asking for a newer style room as the old ones are definitely in need of replacements - top tip is to not leave this until checking in at nine o clock at night and hoping for the best! Great service, lovely, location, great food. Would recommend.

Stayed for work recently for the first time, also first time in Lincoln. Great position and so handy being so close to Bomber Command! Staff were great as expected, cheap stay. Didn't use the beefeater as I was thankfully being fed at the Bomber Command so can't comment on that. But room and hotel were very clean

Free parking, fantastic and quiet premier plus room. Staff 10/10 and on top of things. Liked the Christmas crackers touch when we visited during family for Christmas

Don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel. Never met staff who go out of their way like this honestly all my questions were quickly answered and resolved by the kind reception team throughout my stay and the room was clean and comfortable. The beefeater across the road was also extremely convenient for my stay after a long day of being out in the centre. Will be staying again if I come to Lincoln ??

We had a really lovely stay at Premier Inn as a couple. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel comfortable straight away. The room was clean, quiet, and well set up for a relaxing stay, with a super comfortable bed that gave us a great night’s sleep. Everything felt well organised and stress-free, and the atmosphere was calm and cozy—perfect for a couple’s getaway. Overall, the service was excellent and made our time there enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely stay at Premier Inn again and happily recommend it to other couples looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.
