Guest：This was my third time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded all expectations. My room was fantastic — comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. During my visit, there was a major power outage across the entire country, but the hotel staff handled it incredibly well. They remained calm, professional, and made sure that all guests were safe and comfortable despite the circumstances. Their efforts truly stood out. I also had a wonderful day by the pool before my work week began — the perfect way to relax and recharge. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely return soon. Hopefully also as a tourist rather than for work!
Guest：Very nice and cozy place. All employees are so polite and heartwarming. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is huge and leaves no wishes open. Rooms are big and clean. They created a very nice athmosphere. We will definetly come back.
Guest：Service, rooms, architecture, spa, pools, all wonderfully comes together for a special get-away. We will return with friends to try the small villas and to get to know the beautiful Santo Tirso, so close to the property and so history filled.
Guest：The entire stay was amazing. The Casa was perfect. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The whole experience was very relaxing even with our 2 children and everyone there made them feel welcome too. Would recommend this hotel highly to couples or families.
