There was a glitch in the beginning with the apartment not being ready. The washing machine was not working, so the cleaner could not finish cleaning on time.
The communication was excellent and we were updated regularly. We got in an hour late but were allowed to check out late, which compensated us for lost time.
Apart from that it was a pleasant stay.
