Room was spotless, very comfortable, free upgrade.
Facilities were great; gym was amazing, great pool, bar, restaurant.
Staff were accommodating and friendly.
Loads of free, on-site parking.

Clean tidy comfortable bed and Emma the receptionist was very helpful well presented and lovely with a happy smiley face

Room was good. Spacious, quiet, comfortable, bed. A bit dated but fine.

The room was what expected , no issue . Bathroom couldve been decorated better , paint splashes on the floor.was disappointed with the resturant ,was closing at 4 , asked for food at 14-50,only to be told. The kitchen was closed .if you clise at i still expect to get cooked food an hour early. Also no fried breakfast on our last day , as there was no one to cook supposedly , However whilst having cereal ,members of staff were coming out with bacon sandwiches. This is not acceptable ,i paid for breakfast for both days , we were not told about this . There was also no fruit or yoghurts . Even before last orders , i asked for a beer and a flat white, the member of staff ,rolled her eyes and told me whilst emptying the taps that she had turned off the coffee machine. This was before last orders. I am a guest and a paying customer ,i expect a better service and still able to get a hot drink on a freezing cold day..
However , on the positive side ,the staff were friendly ,the gym and pool were excellent . We enjoyed our stay away.it is just the little things that are important , and it left us a little disappointed

Really lovely stay. Friendly and professional at reception. Room for family for four was perfect. Facilities wise we went to the Strike Shack for the driving range and bought 50 balls to play around with which was really fun and also visited the pool twice during our stay. Great to have the family swim times as felt comfortable to be amongst other parents and young children in the pool. Overall a really lovely stay.

Large room, with a good view. Staff could have been more friendly. Options were limited for breakfast. All in all, great value.

unfortunately I was given an old room carpets were a bit threadbare and TV signal kept buffering. the sports facilities were very nice, great breakfast. had I had a new refurbished room stay would have been lovely

Staff on checking were great.
Although later the TV did not work and we were in a disabled room? Beds were small and uncomfortable. Got woken up by a fire alarm??. Strange no really communication ?

Friendly Welcome on arrival. however the bathroom in my room was covered in long black hairs all over the floor, and the toilet was stained and dirty.
